hi I ran into a wall crafting the tortch pre. I need a Item called “Tar Elemental Core” its stated to be a drop of a creature called “fallen Tar Elemental” i have killed around 100 normal tar elementals around tyria but non of them dropt the item so far, that why i ask if someone ever has seen a fallen tar elemental

Not sure if this I what you are looking for but the karma npc sells hardened tar elemental cores so the elemental you seek might be around there:

The only other place I can think of might be in Fireheart Rise where you take on the Monsterous tar Elemental. Lots of Tar Elementals on that map:

Same problem here. I killed at least 100 elementals in Orr and at least 200 in fireheart rise, still no luck.
