Besides cooking, what else garners the most Character Level Experience (CLE) out there?

It is all the same

Crafting 1-400 of a profession yields 10 levels (no matter what level you are at).

Crafting all 8 professions to 400 = 80 levels.

Each crafting level you gain earns you 2.5% of the XP bar no matter what level you are. If you fully level a craft then it will be 0.025*400=10 full levels.
