I wanted to create a sylvari engi that looked exactly like Scarlet Briar can someone help me with the type of skin face and hair?

If you want her hairstyle you need to buy a total makeover kit or self style hairstyle kit in the gemstore, as it was a hairstyle added to the game in yesterday’s patch, but through those items only and not the character creation screen at start.

I’ve already seen a player character in game that did this, the hair wasn’t an exact match but it still looked pretty good.

Hard to say without previewing them on the actual armor, but from the pictures I’d say (Blood/Black or Pitch/Gold) are the essential colors. You would need to experiment with different shades to match the bronze/purple pieces.

I think the Ascended weapons skins should also work fine. Certain color schemes will match better, but the weapon models themselves are very similar to the Aetherized ones.
