Where can I get Crest of the Soldier? Is the TP the only option?

jumping puzzle chests, other chests found throughout the world (2 of my friends got one from a chest guarded by a champion ettin in lornars) and the dragon chests (tequatl in particular has given me numerous crests)

You can also try your luck in the forge by smashing together… I think it’s 4 orbs? (beryl, ruby, ETC) or maybe it’s seals. I dont remember, you should check the wiki before you do this.

The reason why I’m asking on the forums is because neither the wiki nor the database has any info on how to get them. Thanks for the reply though.

Mystic Forge has a recipe to make them. It’s random.

I get them occasionally from the Frozen Maw chest. Never got one from a loot drop, it’s always a chest.

Chest drops, can be any chest, although the dragon ones do seem to drop more of them for me (sadly it’s the best drops I get out of them :/ )
