So I’ve been wondering – Can you “crit” invunerable?

Does the system take as normal damage first and then reduces it to 0 or does it simply prevent any hits?

Because in 2nd scenario, I think something like Liadri’s Invunerability or Warrior’s stance would just pop “invunerable/immune”, wouldn’kitten

There are a lot of different invul skills that vary in effect, but generally they either reduce total damage to 0 or don’t prompt a damage check at all.

So you can get a critical hit on say Liandri, but it would still do 0 damage(though it gives you a chance to get stuff to proc off hit/crits)
But not with elementalist’s mist form, which does no damage checks.

Can’t say this is in all cases but at least against things that are Determined you can’t even do damage to them to put you into combat.

Endure Pain does not grant invulnerability so it is a different situation.
