I got a question about cultural armor (skin) and ascended armor:

For e.g. can I transmutate a T3 human heavy armor into my ascended armor set and use it on both a human and a norn?

No. Skins will still be racially locked so you’d have to have the same race.

You’d only be able to use it on a human while it had that skin. If you changed the skin to a non-cultural one, you could transfer it to your other characters.

No, none other races can use another Cultural armor from, in this case, Human T3 armor.
That’s the point of "Cultural" armor..

This doesn’t hold true for the weapons. Any race can use a Peacemaker’s weapon, for example.
