Is it possible to transmute cultural armors on different races?

I’m pretty sure not. It would require a different model which I doubt they have created. I don’t know how something like the Seraph armour would even work on a charr! And that’s not even thinking about sylvari.

So no, I think it’s for the designated race only.

Curuniel is right. Cultural armour is race only. it’s what makes your race stand out : )))

and just in case:

• cultural weapons can be used by any race.
• order armour / weapons can also be transmutated to white/blue (non bound gear) , causing these pieces to be Account Bound, instead of soulbound. and then place in bank, taken out by other order members and retransmute desired stats

You were able to do this before, but with the side effect of making the miss matched armor to race completely naked (no underwear!). This was quickly patched once it was discovered.
