Is it possible via using the thief hood trick, to get cultural armor on others? (IE: Using a human to buy human cultural, putting the skin on a tradable armor piece, and then giving it to your sylvari?)

I ask cause quite honestly I don’t like the sylvari cultural armor.

It used to be possible, but I believe (could be wrong) I read that cultural armour can no longer be transmutated with other pieces for this reason as of a recent patch. I’m pretty sure Cultural Armour is just that, and not designed by ANET to be used on other races.

There’ve been a few threads regarding issues with cultural armour pricing that’ve touched on this.
