What exactly does the 6th rune effect do? Does anyone know? I’ve searched wiki and google for something about this and everything is pretty Vague. Does it create a fire field or does it trigger like Forge runes when you reach below 50% health(burn foes around you and gain protection) I’m trying to determine if I should ditch balth runes or not. Any answers to this would be appreciated.

It triggers a Fire nova (like a flame burst. I don’t think it is the field) 5% of the time when you got hit.
