The GW2 Wiki page for currency says “Tokens and other currencies, except for glory, can be indirectly converted to coin by using them to purchase items that can then be crafted, forged, or otherwise used to produce items that can be sold to vendors and/or on the trading post.”
What are the best way to do any of these conversions? Thanks for your help.

Laurels – Unidentified dye.
Karma – Orrian Jewelry Boxes. But karma is so hard to get now that this has become a massively Bad Idea, as it’s needed for ascended recipes and Obsidian shards.
Fractal Relics – Buy Obsidian shards, use shards to create ascended timegated resources, use those resources to create Damask/Elonian/Spiritwood/Deldrimor, and sell that.
Tokens – Lvl 70 rare equips. Salvage for ecto using Mystic Kits, sell ecto.
Commendations – redeem for Sentinel inscription/insignia, sell that on TP.
