Guild Wars 2

So today they fixed the two skillpoints in the maze and the ship.
However, I seem to be the only one having a problem with the skillpoint in the shipyard.
It’s an underwater chest ( Prestine Chest ).
When I press it it only says that it’s empty and my only option is to leave.
Am I doing something wrong or is it bugged? Because I seem to be the only one with this problem.

No, I have this problem as well. Please fix it as it’s preventing me completing Cursed Shore.

This skill point shows only empty pristine chest and won’t allow me to complete Cursed Shore map. I exit game and return with no change. Pls fix
