Guild Wars 2

Been all over the Doric Waypoint area and cannot find the POI. It seems to be hidden under the waypoint but when I go into the tunnel that leads to the skill, there is no way to get to the POI. Have asked people on line but as usual they were pretty much total kitten. This is the last POI needed for 100% completion of that area.
