Is there any tool preferable ingame to test dps either direct damage or condition and get some sort of a score, rate or at least the amount of damage dealt?

the test golems in the heart of the mists. there is no tool that you can turn on and look at, you have to do the calculations yourself.

Team Deathmatch for PvP – Raise the AoE cap for WvW – More unique events for PvE
