Hey, folks -

I was doing my Daily today and decided to do jumping puzzle in Mistriven Gorge in Lornar’s Pass in order to get the Daily Shiverpeaks Veterans and Daily Jumping Puzzle goals.

I got the vets piece, but didn’t get the jumping puzzle part when I got to the chest. I’ve done this jumping puzzle before, but does the Daily require you to do a jumping puzzle you’ve never done before?

Nope I got it with the JP at EB in WvW and done that a lot of times. Besides it would mean that people done all the JP couldn’t finish that daily otherwise.

You can most definately do a JP you’ve already completed to get the Daily Jumper achievement. I know what your problem is, though.

You’re talking about the windy cave, right? Thats not actually classified as a jumping puzzle, despite the fact that it does involve some jumping and a bit of puzzle solving. What it actually is considered, is a “mini-dungeon” I believe.

The only jumping puzzle in Lornar’s Pass is Griffonrook Run.

I just run Urmogs Secret in the back of the cave at LA, its quick takes under a minute if you dont fall, done it several times.

It has to be something listed under the Jumping Puzzles category in the Achievement Panel. Windy Cave is in the Explorer category. Jumping puzzle completion status resets with the daily(there is a bug with the stepping stone one in southsun not resetting but everything else should be fine).

Ah, sounds like I didn’t do an actual jumping puzzle, then! Argh, my bad. And thanks for the info.
