I have a simple question.

If I am at level 3, can I do level 4 and get its Daily, or will I only get Daily if I do a level 2?

You will get daily chest regardless of your personal level, as long as you do even leveled fractal. But your personal level decides which tier daily chest and boss chest you get.

Tier is set of 10 levels( with exeption for tier 0 since there is no lvl 0 fractal and tier 8 where there is only lvl 80
tier 0 is levels 01-09
tier 1 is levels 10-19
tier 2 is levels 20-29
and so on…
lvl 2 is tier 0 (lvl1-9) so regardless if you do lvl 14(tier 1) lvl 32(tier 3), etc, you will only get daily chest from tier 0. You won’t get any items that appear only in higher tiers.

To note. If your personal lvl is lvl 9, and you do lvl 10 you will get tier 0 daily chest(so you won’t get any at lvl 2,4,6,8 if you do them after) but you can do lvl 10 again, and since your personal level advanced now to lvl 10 you will get tier 1 daily chest(for lvl 10,12,14,16,18).

Yes, you will get your daily. You would even get it if you did lvl 20(but you can’t get any pristine relcs or rings if you did).
