What time of day are the daily achievements reset? 4pm here and daily from yesterday still hasn’t reset

It resets at midnight GMT.

Ok, let’s see if my math is right. You finished the daily Tuesday at 9PM ET, which is Wednesday 1AM GMT. So basically you did last night the daily for Wednesday, which will reset in 3h40m from now.

That is correct.

EDT (the current timezone of the east US coast) is GMT -4. Midnight GMT is 8PM EDT.

When DST ends, EST will be GMT -5, so midnight GMT will be 7PM EST.
