Guild Wars 2

I was looking at the various armors in the Locker in PvP and I liked the look of Dark Armor, and someone there told me to make it you need Silver Tiger Tokens, but that is only good for PvP isn’t it? How/Where do you get this look of armor in PvE? Does anyone know?

If you’re level 80 and see a pvp set of armor you like, you can transmute the look of that pvp armor into pve gear using Fine Transmutation Stones.
