Dark red dye that's good with midnight fire
Wrath, Heirloom and some blood-dyes (such as oxeblood) spring to mind, but it’s difficult to determine what exactly you’re looking for and what goes well with your armor. For that reason I’d like to recommend giving a quick look through the red hue section on Dulfy; http://dulfy.net/2013/12/24/gw2-dye-gallery/
I’m partial to offsetting Midnight Fire with Black Cherry.

Sometimes Mahogany, depending on the dye channels and materials of an armor set.

Midnight Fire tends a tad toward brown. Perhaps Lava or Cinnamon might work, though I haven’t tested in game. (There’s always previews using codes form the wiki.) Have a look at the other browns and reds if etiher of those don’t match that well:

Oxblood is rather lovely, imho. 75 silver on the TP at the moment.
Easily distracted mes—SQUIRREL!
GOM
It really depends on the armor you want to apply it on and which part as well. Midnight fire can go from dark brown to pitch black.
heirloon is a lovely choice, especially on some armor piece, the red will have high contrast and gradient from dark red into black.
How do you guys like this? It’s made from Midnight Fire,Lifesblood, and Black cherry dye
My favorite red dye is “Lava”

Keep in mind that Heirloom has a yellow/gold 2nd channel that shows up on some armor pieces…. It looks great in certain instances but can be an unwanted side effect with others. Black Cherry, Wraith, Oxblood and Ruby do not seem to have this different 2nd channel effect.
