There’s a little tavern called The Dead End bar in the Southeast quadrant of DR. Can an instance like this be used as a meeting place with other players? If so, do you need to be in the same group to get in? How would you invite other players in?

Like all instances, a party is required.

This instance was added via one of the LS updates (Dragon Bash?). It added a Point of Interest that originally could not be obtained without access to the instance via the LS mission (that was not available after the LS content was removed). This has since been corrected and you can pick up the PoI from outside the gate.
