If there’s anything you want to give to another character put it in your bank and then withdraw it on that character.

The old system also required you to take all items at the same time…
The reason for it is that they don’t want you using the TP as storage. If you could selectively take out certain items, people could buy a bunch of stuff and just leave it in the delivery box to avoid needing to take up inventory space.
