Desert Rose Skin drops

I searched it on the wiki, but while the Desert Rose Skin page says that it still drops from Southsun Survival, the Southsun Survival page itself says that the drop only occurred during Cutthroat Politics, back in 2013.
So my question is, does the skin still drop? I know its obtainable via TP, but I would like to farm for it if possible.
