Well, as you might have guessed from the title, I’m having trouble selling items and depositing collectibles if they aren’t in my main backpack. I have a bunch of 10 slot bags but when I try to sell what is inside them it doesn’t appear. But when I move that item to my start backpack I can sell it no problem. I presume this isn’t a new problem?

I don’t know what you mean. Like… do I have the backpack not showing? Or are you talking about an addon or something?

Its a type of bag you can craft. Its a normal in-game mechanism of hiding items from vendor screens and from depositing your collectibles.

Just hover over your bags to check

There are regular bags that function the same as normal bags and there are special kinds, used to ‘hide’ things from merchants and the deposit all collectibles and sell junk option.

I use one of those for two reasons.
1: to not accidently sell the weapons not currently equiped (im engineer with primairly using a riffle, so in that bag is a shield and two pistols)
2: to store two miniatures (they are collectable, and go to the bank everytime I use the deposit all collectables when they are in a normal bag).

So it looks like you are using the wrong kind of bag, one of them is good to have, but not all. My advise is to sell the others on the tp and use the profits to buy/make regular ones. the special ones are generally worth more then the regular ones so it shouldn’t be too much of a problem to switch.
