Guild Wars 2

Just making sure…but not all the digital versions are either Heroic or Delux right? I say this because i didn’t get any of the bonus items, but i didn’t buy it from the Gw2 site as at the time it was more expensive (I got it roughly for less 40% than the Heroic’s version on the site and if it wasn’t for that i wouldn’t be playing this right now) but i didn’t know that not all the digital versions had those ’’freebies’’ :x

Just to confirm that this is due to my lack of knowledge rather than some kind of bug.

Digital version you could buy the Standard, Heroic or Deluxe versions, so not ALL digital version have the additional items.
Currently in the official shop there is only Heroic and Deluxe available, but was not always like that.
