It seems you can get Condi, tough, vit/prec (or Dire/Rabid) and that’s the closest you can get.
Ok thanks, didn’t knew there were ascended trinkets with these stats. However i don’t have enough laurels to buy two accessories, so i still need a exotic dire one.

That is for crafting ascended armor. Coming next patch.
You can buy ascended accessories from the WvW laurel vendor for fewer laurels if you have a stack or two of Badges of Honor. They are 10 laurels cheaper but require 250 badges for each accessory.
O that insignia is ascended. I am happy with exotic, to bad no insignia for it.
The ascended accessories in wvw are 45 laurels plus 50 glob of ectoplasms.

9G on TP or 6G for an offer. Recipe seems to be a drop plus you have to run the dungeon anyways for ingredient.
