Disable Ctrl Click Targeting?

I was wondering if there is a way of disabling this. I have my TS push for talk on ctrl so when I talk and click something it targets it. Is there anyone way of turning this off?

CTRL is used for much more than that in game….maybe you should find another Push 2 talk button?
