Disconnecting from server
Have you tried running the game advisor and including the information it gives in a support ticket through the support page?

How sure are you that the problem is with the game and not your internet connection or computer?
I think if it was a problem with the server(s) a lot of people would have the same problem and it’d be mentioned far more often on the forum. As it is I can’t remember many people at all saying they get disconnected.
It’s happened to me a few times but every time that I remember the problem was on my end (based on the fact that my web browser also went out, if it was the games server having problems the rest of the internet should be fine).

GW2 disconnects and it also takes my pc or laptop connection with it. It never happens except when GW2 is running.
I will try the above though. Thanks my wife will be hapy
Are you using the authenticator? My game DC’d every few hours when I had the authenticator connected but when I removed it I haven’t been DC’d since
If, like me, you’re using a 32bit version of Windows you might wanna try the 3GB switch (enough info about it when you use Google). Before I started using it, I had crashes every 3rd or 4th time I changed zone, when changing characters, when in busy towns (Lion’s Arch during Halloween!) or when near large zergs in WvW. For some reason the maximum of 2GB address space available for GW2 normally on a 32b Windows is just not enough and makes the game crash, often. Allowing user mode applications to use more resources helps for me.
as paradox is saying: If you dc a lot of the time when zoning you have this bug.
