Do you see the numbers infront of the name? When you add someone by writing their name, just write their numbers too. For example: XYO.4876

I’m new to guildwars and my friends have all been playing before and, I decided to buy the game and I was playing tonight and my friend gave me her display name or “username” as she called it and I tried to add her by clicking “Y” and typing the I was given, when I did, a completely different name showed up and it’s always offline. It’s frustrating me because I cant add any of my friends. Please Help
