Hello,
when i logged in today was aware about all those big changes but there is something that didn’t work… or at least i didn’t get it.

1) pvp locker was not supposed to add every unlocked skin to our wardrobe? I haven’t received any…

2) how do i check all my weapon skins from wardrobe without have already a weapon of the researched tipe? (ex: i got GS and Staff but i want to check all my sword/shield/hammer/etc skins)

3) why i have not received “trasmutation charges” upon entering hearth of the mists? (i’m rank 31)

1) You need to go to the HotM once to unlock the PvP skins you had previously unlocked.
2) In the bank npc you can access all the skins you have unlocked and also the skins you can unlock.
3) you probably have, if you open the wardrobe you must have 31 charges already

Also, make sure you logged with all your toons to unlock all the skins and get the UNid dyes from duplicated dyes in your mail.

1) It should happen when you visit the Heart of the Mists. I don’t know why but when I logged in just after the patch last night I only got the stuff my characters were wearing. When I logged in this morning and went there again it also unlocked everything that was in my wardrobe. So maybe try logging in/going to the HotM again?

2) Go to your bank. Below the bank and collectables tabs (on the right hand side) you’ll see a wardrobe option. That shows you all the unlocked skins on your account.

3) No idea. I’ve never done PvP so I’m not able to check how this works.

I can confirm my wardrobe has zero skins that my pvp locker had.
I was under the impression pvp locker was going to be added to wardrobe?
An easy way to check: I’ve opened 28 achievement chests (>13,500 AP), each one had 6 or more pvp items (some were duplicates, let’s say 5 new ones on average) = 140 skins.
in my wardrobe, I see about 30 skins unlocked.

Mysctic. First its not because you open 28 achievement chests that you will have 140+ skins. You may receive skin that you already have. But anyway that,s not the point.

The point is you need to enter Heart of the Mist in order to unlock all theses skins. Don’t just join a match, you actually need to enter Heart of the Mists.

Something similar happened to me, I just lost all my PvP Achievement Chests trying to open them. At first I thought that it was so I can have all skins unlocked automatically, well, I’m afraid not.

But, now that I have to play PvP for the Dungeon Track, I hope I start getting them as I play.

you can join a pvp match without going to heart of the mist?
regardless, I did go to heart of the mist and stood where the lockers used to be.
maybe I had to equip them when I originally got them? I would basically open the ach chest, then deposit all collectibles, then salvage any that were still in my inventory (apparently pvp salvaged materials are now gone, which is disappointing but at least that’s mentioned in the patch notes)

Have you LEFT HotM and gone to a PvE area yet?

My PvP stuff triggered when I LEFT HotM (was just passing thru to get to Gandaran last night).

so I logged in today and it seems like all the pvp skins are there now. 138 armor skins total, then more of the weapons, which is far more than my characters had equipped and such, so I guess it was just a delayed addition or something. yay.

The instructions about how to unlock all those things left a lot to be desired. First character for me to the Mists unlocked nothing. Only when I went there with an alternative character did the dinging start with the unlocking. Just like how it was unclear how to get your town clothes back or what the difference is between unlocking a skin or placing an item into the vault.

Also, and I kick myself for this for just realizing, I expected 5 charges to be mailed to me without doing anything other than log in during the period. It only just occurred to me 15 minutes after the window closed that the 5 free charges were at the Gem Stop and I had to buy them for 0 gems.
