If I got back and do hearts in low levels will the karma rewards scale to my actual lever?

Well it takes the same amount of xp to level as far as i can tell. So they dont really need to scale.

I’m talking about the items that you get from the heart vendors themselves

No the items they sell dont scale in level but some of them look unique so it might be worthwhile doing them if your trying to get a certain look.

You also get drops at your level, no matter what level mob you’re fighting. So if you’re level 37 and scaled down to do a level 5 fight, your drop chances will get you gear at the appropriate level, and not always level 5 (although you do get some of those).
