I’ve never bothered with collecting minipets because there’s too many I can’t obtain and I hate incomplete collections. I just picked up one of the new minis in Southsun from a crate and it doesn’t say whether it can still be traded if I use it.

Check the mini’s page if its account bound, if not it can be traded.

Mini Kasmeer and Faren can be traded, they r already on the TP.

You can still trade the southsun ones after use, same is true for most minis. Some associated with special events or only sold through the gemshop are usually account bound and cannot be traded whereas the ones you get from mini-packs or pick up in open world are tradeable.
