Im playing around with builds on some characters, and I’m curious if monsters/mobs are able to crit on players?

I noticed some professions have traits that proc off criticals made to me, & that is what made me curious.

Yes. If you take one of those traits that gives you an effect when you take a crit you will see that it still fires in pve.
