I never tried this myself but let’s say that I am a thief with dual daggers. In my main hand i have a sigil of air and in my off hand I have a sigil of bloodlust. Would I still get stacks of power from the sigil of bloodlust in my off hand?

Yes, you can still get +stat stacks from a sigil when it’s in your off-hand slot. Since you’re only using a net of x1 +stat stack sigil, it doesn’t matter which hand you’ve got it in.

The only time you’d run into issues is when you accidentally slot x2 +stat stack sigils at the same time. In that case, only your Main Hand slot would cause the +stat stacks to generate. Your Off Hand slot would sit there doing nothing.
