Hi, I’d just like to ask how to effectively dodge PvE enemies constantly.

I used to be able to circle around centaurs (Circled and killed a Champion Centaur before while only getting hit about three times) and other enemies when I was a lower level but now it seems impossible…

Even though I’m not in front of them (On their sides as they attack), I still get hit by their melee. It’s like their attacks just follow me unless I’m directly behind them.

The only NPCs I could effectively dodge now are slow ones like the bears.

There are also times where I get hit even though I’m in the middle of a “shift dodge”. (Dodging with the shift key)

when you are dodge rolling you are “invincible.” try to time your dodges earlier or dodge twice if you are confident. you really arent going to be able to out run anything without swiftness on or any sort of teleporting abilities.

The best time to dodge is when you see them start the animation, not when it actually lands. This could be why they seem to be hitting you, when you’re behind.
