Does GW2 have an installation limit?
You can install the game on as many computers as you want. The CD Key with the physical copy is used to unlock the game for your ArenaNet account. Once unlocked, you can even download and install the game from the website without ever needing the discs again.
Having never installed and run Rift on my computer I cannot compare its requirements to GW2. But my guess is if you can run Rift, then you can run GW2.
All in game exclusive stuff/bonuses are handled within the game and stored on the ArenaNet servers. You will log in every time you start the game regardless of computer and you progress will always be saved there. You cannot play without internet.
I don’t know that you can change your ArenaNet id. However no matter what name you pick for it, you will have 4 random numbers at the end because that is how they are doing it. However once in the game when you create a character you will get to name it and that name must be unique to all other characters, so you won’t be using your account name with the numbers very much.
Yes, you can install the game client on multiple computers (although you may want to copy the .dat file to a portable drive and use that to manually insert the .dat onto any add’l computers, due to the size of the file). But you can only log into your game account from one at a time.
If you bought the version of the game with the bonus items, you’ll get them via in-game. mail after your first character is created (if I recall correctly, it’s been awhile :-P). Be sure to stash any of these bonus items that do not say “soulbound” into your acct’s in-game bank since some are one-time-only awards.
The account name with the four numbers at the end is not changeable I believe.

You can (re-)install it as many times as you want. You can also copy the installed files to another computer and use them there (but installing is safer). You can only be logged in once, though.
The “Sahand.6981” is your “identification” number. You can’t change it. This is how players can identify you, regardless which character you’re playing or here in forums. The actual login is your eMail and shouldn’t be told to others, only ANet is supposed to know those.
Said that, when creating a character, you name it. But if friends or guildmates hover you, they also see your account identification, it’s not really meant to be hidden, but gives you the chance to recognize your friends new characters or malicious scammers.
I don’t think you got anything from the physical copy, except you don’t have to download the whole game from the servers. But you’ll have to download all patches by now, which still causes some traffic.
