That looks like Hall of Monuments armour, a special skin only given to GW1 players.

ye there is some hom pieces there but not all of em the shoulders looks different

I’ve got all the HoM rewards, and nothing looks like that, IIRC. I’ll have another look now, but any other ideas? I’ll come back to confirm once I’ve checked.

I’ve already got that on two characters (including 1 charr), so it’s not this either :-/

It is obtained from karma vendors in i believe the iron marches or one of the branded maps atleast.

This reddit thread has an image with all the karma armours and which parts of the map to go to get them. Possibly the most useful thread I’ve seen in ages. The set you are after seems to be called plated and it’s traded from karma vendors in the Iron Marches according to the image.

Yep, you get it in the Iron Marches. IIRC it’s called plated in the pvp locker.
