I’m not sure if this is the correct topic, so please tel me if not

During a mission for the Order of Whispers I had to pretend I was a Pirate. I put on The clothes attached. Are these in game for use by players? If so what are they called, Thank you!

Only available in the Gem shop. Called “Pirate Captain’s Outfit”

Keep in mind that this is not considered armor. Rather, these are town clothes, which cannot be worn in combat.

Which annoys me. I’d LOVE to be able to skin some of my armour with this look.
