Here ya go… Generally speaking you are going to have a wait a bit, but at least this way you should never have to worry not having enough people or missing out on a boss.
Yeah i know the timers but even then there’s never people, i think they’re in another world?
I generally turn up one minute before or even on the spawn time and there is 9 times out of ten enough people to kill the boss.
If you’re talking about triple wurm and teq then you may need to dedicate some wait time, Teq you can usually find a taxi five minutes before spawn and get a decent map.
Wurm usually needs a little more time due to setting up the three groups.
Also consider playtime, only a small minority do world bosses in the early hours compared to daytime/primetime.

What bosses are you considering that don’t have enough people? If you don’t see anyone, could it be that you are at the wrong place or wrong time?
(And no, people wouldn’t be in another world — the game automatically adds/drops map instances depending on how many are needed, based on population. )

The megaserver system should pair you up with a fair amount of other players regardless of your home server. Most of the regular World Bosses shouldn’t be an issue if you join 5 mins before, although the earlier you join the more likely you get a better map. Teq and Jungle Worm really require you to join earlier (at least 1 hour before) to get a full map and improve the chances of success. If that doesn’t work you can try the guesting option in the login screen to see if that helps.
Teq doesn’t really require that anymore – though I guess I can’t say that as much for what I consider in the middle of the night. Still, I regularly join 10 minutes or less prior to it and the maps almost always win. Triple trouble now… that you need the good group.
But yeah, other world bosses, you shouldn’t have any trouble with people if you’re actually there for the event (timers are good for that, at least one has an event that looks similar to the world boss one, but doesn’t go all the way).
Yes, timers are good. There is a low level boss every half hour (2 hours apart for one, but the 4 are spread out). The higher you go, the more bosses. Most bosses are successful, especially if it is a daily.
