So on my offhand dagger i have been using this sigil of corruption which gives a stack of 25, increase to condition damage. I got a new sigil from personal storyline: sigil of bloodlust, i put it on my scepter all excited to have power and condition damage boost; this would be most helpful as i keep dying in personal storyline.

BUT, the bloodlust one completely overrides the corruption one and lets me only have one buff. Why can I not have both?

I had this happen to me too and no one in my guild could clear it up.

Heck I even took the bloodlust and the other sigil off of my weps and replaced the sigils with “+30% chance to heal others on hit” and STILL get a bloodlust buff that is stacking on kills, lol.

It’s not just Bloodlust, it’s whatever you have on your main hand weapon. I have had this issue with both the Bloodlust and Luck sigils. Also, if you change weapons from say a staff with Bloodlust to a dual wield, one of which has Luck, the Bloodlust will remain but you can not build the Luck stack until you are downed and vice versa.

Any of the buff sigils only take the first application one.

For instance, if you have a +Condition buff one on already, the +Power one will not be used. If you have 2 of these on weapons, I’m pretty sure it takes your mainhand first and applies its effect, leaving your offhand unable to apply it.

Luck counts as one of these buffs as well, as does the Precision one. You’re stuck with only just one of these.

Fortunately, you can remove the weapon and still keep the stacks, or keep it on your swap-weapon. Stacks wont fall off u ntil you use a WP, zone, or die.
