So , I am playing a Norn currently, also have played a charr. There are levelled area progression specific to norn race like wayfarer-snowden-lornar pass-dredgehaunt cliffs-frostgorge sound. This seems to be same in case of Charr mostly. These two races have like racial specific area atleast until a certain level. But do the Asura , Humans and Sylvari also have same racial specific areas ? , from what I see in map right after the starting areas those 3 have like common areas.. Is it like this ?

Asura and Sylvari have only Starter Areas and Brisban .. and share the rest with the humans i would say.

Asura and Sylvari have their own starter zones (Metrica Province and Caledon Forest respectively) but after that they both go to Brisban Wildlands and/or Kessex Hills which is also shared with humans.

Humans go from Queensdale to Kessex Hills, then I think Gendarren Fields.

But any race can level up in any zone, right from level 2 (the end of the tutorial) and which ones you’re sent to by the story depends on the options you pick. The first chapter will be entirely in your starter zone and home city, but after that there’s more and more cross-over until they start to merge around…it used to be level 30 when you start the Orders storylines, but I’m not sure what level it is now.

Charr and Norn are the only ones that have their own specific 15-25 zones that aren’t shared by other races. After that they are technically shared with at least one other race. For example Lornar’s could be argued is shared by humans (it borders LA, which is a filler between Gendarran). Dredgehaunt feels like it would be Charr/Norn/Human for some reason.

Pretty much after level 25, the zones become multi-race.
