I know it’s simple, but I don’t see how to do it in textile.

Bottom right of the messages. Click the arrow pointing left.

Edit: I first read the topic title, not your post. Have no idea what that textile is…

There’s a known forum bug where the quote buttons don’t always show up.

But aside from that, check the “More posting & formatting options…” button, and click the link to “More Info” at the top to get some formatting styles.

There’s a known issue with the quote/report buttons not showing up sometimes. I posted a thread with a work around in the forum and web site bugs subforum.
