Hi guys! Im new! Love the game and the community seems very nice.
I have my character leveled up to where I can use “slot 6” and am trying to put in a healing spell that is availavle to me. The slot is blinking like crazy, yet when I go to the hero screen and then the skills screen and try to drag and drop the heal spell into the slot 6 spot…nothing happens. I cannot get anything to happen at all as far as adding or removing stuff from my action bar.
I know I am just missing something. I started this character a couple of months ago, got busy, and now cant remember or find how to do this.

If you have enough spirit shards to learn that skill, you need to learn it, then the arrow that is above the rest of the skills (similar to the one to the right that allows the slider to up and down a webpage) will be seen, if not, you don’t have the skills learned yet.
Your elites are the “hardest” to get to if you don’t have enough spirit shards, but they aren’t hard to get – just do hero challenges across all of your charcters on each map and you will be able to get to the 80 maps such as the Silverwastes (if you haven’t already) where you can gain more spirit shards faster (as well as pvp, dungeons and fractals, even the lower ones…).

right now there is a bug with ranger healing skills where you can’t put them in the healing slot, even though you have access to that slot.
the work around is to wait until level 11, and it should unlock properly then, or wait for a fix.
