Guild Wars 2

When I hit good comment and the icon changes to gray, did I just select it as a good comment or are comments automatically good and clicking that just flags them as not good? I’m used to red being active and gray being inactive.

From my understanding the “good answer” button can be used in question threads to denote a post as the “best” answer. This best answer is then basically given a large “A:” highlighted in green, as well as being brought to the top of the comment responses such that it’s the first read.
