Update: ok so i figured out the different weapons have different stats. But are all dungeon armor/weapons required lvl 80?

All exotics with unique looks are lvl 80 yes, but you can also buy rare armors which are the same level as the explorable mode of the dungeon is.

What about weapons?

You can only get rare level appropriate armor from the dungeon vendors at this time.

Weapons you’ll have to procure through some other method.
