A more specific question : Can I do Dungeons or Fractals of the Mists Daylies on multiple characters ?

Yes. Progress is tracked separately and you can get the dailies on each chara.

I think this depends on what you call a “daily”. If you’re looking for dungeon tokens, you get 60 tokens per explorable path only once a day on your entire account. For instance, if you do path 1 of Ascalonian Catacombs on one character and net 60 tokens at the end, there’s no use in switching to another character and do path 1 again, you will get fewer tokens unless you do a path you haven’t done that day.

I think the daily reward chest in fractals is only once per day per fractal range (0-9, 10-19 etc) per account as well but I never tried that so I could be wrong here.

Not quite true. Progress in both Fractals and dungeons is tracked per chara. If you want to get full rewards in a dungeon, though, you will not want to do the same path back to back between charas or you can still (strangely, somehow) get hit by DR.

I have tested this in both dungeons and Fractals as I tend to run a Fractal 10 daily on 2+ charas a day for the chest.
