Do dungeons reset at the same time dailies reset? I asked this ingame but got mixed responses, some people say it does, some people say it doesn’t.

You’re likely to get equally mixed answers here. As far as I know it all resets at once. Certainly my savvier dungeon running guildies will comment “we just had reset so we can do any path you want.”

Yes dungeons reset at the same time dailies reset, if for example you successfully complete a CoF P1 before the reset you’ll get 60 tokens. If you do it again after the reset you’ll get another 60 tokens.
