Hi I was wondering if the Abyss dye is still pure black on medium armor mainly the level 80 exotics such as rampager’s emblazoned coat or something. I was about to buy a abyss dye but then i remember hearing how dyes can come out differently on different sets of armor :x

From what I’ve heard the abyss dye is the blackest dye out there, darker than regular black.

This is what abyss dye looks like on the heritage medium armor (and starter hood). Note that the dark part with a blue tint is dyed “midnight sky”.
