Hey all,

I’ve seen / heard a lot of people struggling with the new daily system.
So I decided to make a guide for it: Easy Daily Completionist.

I won’t be talking about how the game forces you into different content of the game, or that you’re not able to do what you like to do and be rewarded with your 10 AP.

I’ll be talking about which dailies we’ve got, and what the easier way is to get them!

Whenever you encounter an: [&BDMEAAA=] code. Copy and paste it to in-game chat. Press Enter to send, which will give you a waypoint link you can follow on the world map.

PvE Daily Achievements:
- Daily Fractal
This daily requires at least 3 players!
Enter Fractals of the Mists (level 1 is easiest) at [&BDMEAAA=]

Walk into the blue circle at the center of the mistlock platform and Enter.
We’re looking for “Swamp Fractal”, if you didn’t find it use the “leave button” on the right to exit back to the mistlock platform. Enter again to find Swamp, rinse and repeat till you found it.

- World bosses
Use in-game command: /wiki world_boss to go to the wiki dragon timer
or go to this link: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/World_boss
Find your boss in the list and go there when the timer states it’s time.

List of bosses you can encounter on your daily:
Claw of Jormag: [&BHoCAAA=]
Frozen Maw: [&BMIDAAA=] (is listed as Svanir Shaman on the timer)
Great Jungle Wurm: [&BEEFAAA=]
Inquest Golem Mark II: [&BNQCAAA=]
Megadestroyer: [&BM0CAAA=]
Shadow Behemoth: [&BPcAAAA=]

If you’re lower then the boss level, make sure you ask for a group in /say chat.
Being in a team gives you more chance to get rewarded for participating in the event!

- Daily Activity Participation
Go to Lion’s Arch Grand Piazza [&BCkEAAA=] and talk to: Kouris (SW of POI)
Click:“I’m ready to play” and you’ll enter the activity.

- Daily Mystic Forger
Visit the mystic forge at: [&BCEEAAA=]
Throw in 4 items of the same type, these can be 4 minor runes (make sure you split them in 4 stacks of 1 rune each)

WvW Daily Achievements:
- Daily WvW Big Spender
In-game press B to open up your WvW tab, or click the WvW Icon on top.
Enter your world’s borderland -> and find the Armor Master or Weapon Master.

Depending on which color map you are on, they can be found South of the following waypoint:
Green Borderlands: [&BNoEAAA=]
Red Borderlands: [&BMwEAAA=]
Blue Borderlands: [&BNgEAAA=]

Buy items up to 25 Badges of Honor, this can be done cheapest by buying blue and green items.

- Daily Master of Ruins
In-game press B to open up your WvW tab, or click the WvW Icon on top.
Enter the borderland which your server holds the most ground.(You can see this by checking the Pie-Chart, the more color of your server – the more ground it holds on that borderland)

Depending on the borderland you entered, go to the following location:
Green Borderlands: [&BDQFAAA=]
Red Borderlands: [&BBAFAAA=]
Blue Borderlands: [&BCIFAAA=]
This is where the ruins are located.

To capture a ruin, all you’ve got to do is stand inside them for an X amount of seconds.

You can’t capture the ruin while an enemy player is standing inside the circle aswell.
Either kill him or find another ruin without enemy players.

Please take in consideration, for your Daily Achievement Points you only need 3 of these achievements. You can do more but these Don’t Reward AP.

If you know any advise / tips / tricks that makes your life easy while getting your dailies, plz share below and I’ll try to integrate them into the guide!

Guardian people don’t complain because its impossible to complete the daily or because its hard. Just to be clear, I don’t really care because I play PvP so my daily complete itself.

But I can understand ppl that complain about the new system. Daily use to be wide and general. There were 12 different achievement, usually 4 in WvW and 8 in PvE. Right there, its less different kind of PvE daily, which is where most ppl that complain play.

It also used to be pretty general. Do event in Tyria or Ascalon, do a fractal, etc. Now you have daily like Fractal 1-10 or Iron Marches Events, etc. At the end of the day, most ppl had their daily completed by simply playing the game in the part they wanted. Now, if you only play PvE you often have to direct yourself into some specific content that you didn’t necessary wanted to play that particular day.

You are right. Its relatively easy to complete and anyway its only for AP now. You get your reward by only login-in. But it still feel like the new daily are too specific (think someone who is doing fractal 50 each day and he need to do a fractal 10 for the daily) and have fewer option than it used to be (especially since we already saw 2 fractal daily the same day with the new system)

I’m not missing it, I’m just not gonna argue about it in this post.
If you looked beyond the first three, you see I actually got a bit more info on stuff.

I’m sorry this is useless for you…
But rather then giving me some feedback you’d rather laugh and mock me.

Give me a break—go toan area—complete event—is ground braking information??? And I read it all—all the same— go there and do it.

People complaining about the new daily system isn’t the same as people struggling to complete their dailies. Making a guide on how to complete the new dailies is completely unnecessary. You’re offering a solution to a non-existent problem.

Like getting a car and the sales person says this is a key, put it on ignition, turn it. Most, if not all ,are quite beyond a redundant how to. The problem is with the go to where and when Anet says, Not how complete a basic simplistic activtiy.

See, there was a thread from long ago, down in the archive now I think, that game players suggestions on how to finish the various daily tasks that might have come up. Quite helpful for new players. But those dailies were quite generic and it was helpful to know where to go to get several done quickly.

I think the OP was just trying to take the lead and post a new guide for the revamped dailies. That in and of itself isn’t bad, it’s just nowhere near as helpful as the previous since the tasks are more exacting now about where to go and what to do.

I’ve revamped the first post, trying to fit in as much “usefull” information as possible.
My apologies for the earlier version.

I’m still working on PvP, will add that one later when done.

If you have a harvest/logging/mining requirement and if you have nodes in your home instance, you can go to the cultural city specified (ie. Ascelonian = Black Citadel etc.) and get most if not all your harvest/logging/mining requirements in one go.

Today’s Daily Krytan Forager was super easy even without a home instance herb node. Love that Beetletun lettuce field! Just WP to Beetletun and run out the main gate, there’s a corral ahead of you with more than enough lettuce plants to let you harvest four.

There are multiple ones like that for every region.

Helpful for example do 4 evens in Dredgehaunt Cliffs :
-Wait for veteran possible partner event that starts every 12 minutes.
Fight veteran, run to hut with the veteran svanir shaman, wait for possible partner
to talk with shaman and kill shaman.
- do some stuff until event starts again.

NOT helpfull
- go Dredgehaunt and do 4 events

Actually, I prefer the Racial cities (when possible) for the vista viewer, as you can go there without any waypoint costs + using a waypoint once inside is free aswell

Actually, I prefer the Racial cities (when possible) for the vista viewer, as you can go there without any waypoint costs + using a waypoint once inside is free aswell

But in the time you waste for 2 loadscreens you can easily earn the money by maybe
harvesting the next tree or ore node
