Guild Wars 2

I have got dozens and dozens of 1,2, and 4.
I have sold more than I can remember back to the vendor.
I open many many chests everyday across many maps with my main as well as alt and part 3 will not drop.

Any ideas? Bugged? RNG? ( at the rate exotics drop for me I figure I must have the worst luck in the game or RNG is just broken for me).

From what I’ve heard, the map pieces seem to be split up among regions. Map piece 3 is more commonly found in the Maguuma Jungle, so try to find more chests and do more JPs in Maguuma zones. Make a run through the four Caledon JPs each day, maybe, or try doing the two in Mount Maelstrom if you think the level of the zone makes a difference.

There are two easy ones in Brisban behind the skritt king’s throne in Skrittsburg.
I’ve gotten around 10 1’s, couple 2’s, and around 5 4’s and 1 3.

Just did about 20 chests in the Maguma areas/ mount maelstrom and a few others—-1’s , 2’s and 4’s again—no 3’s —-so sad.
I’ll hit the throne up--missed that one.
