Guys wanted to ask where can i get the Best Armor(PvE) is it from Dungeons?

There are several places you can get “end game” armor. ( I am assuming by best you mean end game)
There is no PVE armor.
There is no PVP armor.
Armor is armor.

You can run dungeons for tokens and exchange those for armor.
You can use karma and purchase armor from the various vendors in Orr.
You can use the trade post to buy crafted armor.
You can level an approprate armor crafting skill and craft your own armor.
You can PVP and exchange those tokens for amor.

Define best.

Best looking? It is subjective
Best stats? Again, subjective, and highly dependent on your build.

Exotic level armor (such as crafted ones) are the “end game” armor. Anet made it that all end game armor is on par with each other and no dungeon set is better than crafted sets etc. The main difference between the crafted set and the dungeon sets are some dungeon sets will have different combo’s of stats that you would find in the crafting set. Eg. My crafted exotic armor was the +powe +toughness + healing. The AC armor set is designed with + power + toughness and + vitality.

So with the crafted sets there is from memory 6 different combinations of stats.
For dungeon sets there is many combinations per dungeon and some dungeons will have stat combinations not found in other dungeons.

So exotic armor is the best so to speak, be it crafted, dungeon or karma sets. All that changes is which stats are on the set and the runes.

Hey, I wrote a fairly comprehensive endgame gearing guide you might find useful – basically all the exotic sets at L80 have similar stats, you just pick the 3 stats you like and the method you like to obtain it.
