Endless Toy Tonic Recipe
I believe those recipes would be under the Artificer. Hopefully you used that recipe on the avatar that has that crafting profession. Recipes are not account bound so they won’t show if you use them on someone else with a different profession such as Leatherworker or Weaponsmith.
If the ‘wrong’ character ate the recipe, contact support. They can help out.
